Historically, farmers would celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival with mooncakes, lanterns and pomelos under the bright moonlight. At Tai Zi Heen, our Master Chef’s creations to commemorate this Chinese festival are legendary with the wonderfully baked Five Nut, Rum and Raisin mooncake or mini snowskin Chocolate and Whiskey mooncake, amongst other equally delicious creations.
